Jim Carrey – Disidentification from the Body – Immaterial Absorptions

I watched a video of Jim Carrey where he said “I used to be a guy who was experiencing the world, but now I feel like the world and the universe is experiencing a guy.”

What happened to Jim Carrey seems to be an almost total (or total) disidentification from the body. Upon further pondering on the interviews I watched of him after his awakening, I know that his level of disidentification from the body is greater than mine.

When you meditate regularly, the disidentification from the body must happen. But it won’t come all at once, unless you do something dangerous to quicken this process, such as using drugs. If a total disidentification from the body would happen during a short period of time, a person would probably not survive because the shock would be too great.Read more…

Blavatsky had a thorough understanding of the spirit world. She knew the various causes of spiritual phenomena and tried as best as she could to explain it.

I believe that one of the reasons why she wrote so extensively on the subject was so that people don’t fall for the Christianity trap which is set up as a controlled opposition (the good guy in the play controlled by the same dark entity as the bad guy). It’s designed to receive those that got burnt because of dabbling in spiritual matters without any knowledge of it.
