Esoteric Immortality, Spiritual Progress and Merging with Your Higher Self

In the video on walking in the ancient pilgrimage town of Gokarna I told that this would be my last city to visit before the end of my ten-year exploration of India.

However, after staying there for a couple of weeks I decided to end my journey in Goa – the state that I haven’t visited for a long time.

You’ve seen my Goa beach hut in the video on the occult power source of the Catholic Church. I arrived there at the right time as the tourist season was finishing, so there was no noise at night due to the lack of beach parties. I enjoyed sleeping in my hut as I stayed just a minute away from the beach, so I heard the sound of the roaring sea every night.Read more…

On Two Minds and the Knower

In the video I’ve shown a small part of the forest Buddhist monastery grounds where I’m staying at the moment.

I was happy to discover that in this monastery Buddhists are vegetarians; in this Asian country (I prefer to keep its name secret for the time being) most Buddhists are meat-eaters, because meat eating is very prevalent here.

So the fact that this is a vegetarian monastery is good news, because I don’t need to worry whether I take some dish with meat by accident.Read more…

Kundalini Dangers: Internal Burning, Pingala Nadi, Gopi Krishna

This is a summary of yet another book on kundalini (read the first part of this article series here).

It’s my favorite book that I read so far. It’s called Kundalini: Path to Higher Consciousness by Gopi Krishna.

I really liked this book because Gopi Krishna’s awakening experience was very similar to my own (though much more severe). I also liked this book because he described the awakening the way it really happened – with all the negative experiences included, rather than just focusing on the moments of bliss.Read more…

What is Kundalini? Doctors and Scientists Explain

In this article I’m going to share with you my research into the phenomenon of kundalini.

Since it happened to me, I want to know more about this energy. So at first it was really scary when the crown chakra opened and I completely misunderstood the experience. My Catholic conditioning kicked in and I totally demonized Hinduism.

I misunderstood what had happened to me because I was not fully knowledgeable of this phenomenon. I did not understand that I was going through the usual cleansing period, where one has to face inner and sometimes outer demons. When faced with that darkness I completely freaked out, thinking myself to be deceived.

However, in reality this is a common occurrence during the kundalini awakening process. In a few days I read four books on the kundalini phenomenon and it appears that many people had to go through this experience during their awakening process.Read more…

Spiritual Awakening, Kundalini and Demons

I pondered almost every day on what happened to me over a year ago – when my crown chakra opened and I felt a cool liquid engulfing my brain. This experience changed me as a person, and the transformation process hasn’t yet stopped.

What happened to me is considered to be awakening in esoteric terms. It happens when the kundalini energy goes up the spine and “lights up” the brain. This synchronizes both hemispheres and awakens inactive parts of the brain.

That awakening was frightening, because it temporarily rent a veil between the physical and the spiritual. I realized I wasRead more…
