Is Lunar Sabbath Correct?

When I realized that the biblical Sabbath was not done away with, the next question that was important to address was what day Christians should celebrate it.

There is a relatively new movement which claims that we should observe a lunar Sabbath as they say that’s according to the YHWH’s calendar. But is that really true? This post will address what I’ve found out about this issue.

I celebrated the lunar Sabbath once, so I was not for or against it, I was just searching for the truth. And that’s the best way to search for it – when you don’t lean towards any of the opinions so that your preferences do not cloud your judgement.Read more…

How to Find Your Place (Office) in Christ

Not all Christians are saved to be preachers of the Word; every single one of us is assigned a specific place in the Body of Christ. Paul told in 1 Corinthians 1:17 that he was sent by Christ not to baptize but the preach the gospel.

This shows that some were specifically sent to baptize, some to preach the gospel, some to water the Word  that was sown in the minds (1 Corinthians 3:6), which, I believe, refers to the occupation of the pastor.

That doesn’t mean we should refrain ourselves from making people aware of Jesus if an opportunity presents itself, but this is not the primary occupation of many born-again Christians, like Paul also baptized a few though he was not sent to baptize.Read more…

On Witchcraft, Dreams, Teachers and False Accusations

In this article I’m addressing a few things that I don’t want to make separate short videos about. It’s to do with dreams, teachers that I recommended, a common witchcraft strategy to influence the children of God, and false accusations.

On dreams

Firstly, I would like to yet again emphasize the importance of writing down your dreams and trying to interpret them. God uses dreams to warn you of Satan’s plans for you, dangers ahead, as well as of blessings to come.

These days I’m receiving dreams about the coming blessings, and it’s interesting that these dreams promising rewards started coming after a year of me being saved. This shows that God indeed takes seazons into consideration – that there is a seazon for sowing and a seazon for reaping.Read more…

Basic Principles of Dream Interpretation

In this post  I will cover:

  1. Three sources of dreams
  2. Four types of dreams
  3. General guidelines to understand the meaning of your dream
  4. The meaning of the most common dream symbols

A warning

Firstly, it’s important to understand that Christians should not turn to pagan sources for their dream interpretations as it’s the same as going to the dark side to get help; as Christians, we should have nothing to do with darkness and look for help only from God or in Christian sources.Read more…

What Is the Gospel? It’s Probably Not What You Think

The Gospel

The word “gospel” is mentioned many times before Jesus’ crucifixion. Jesus Himself preached the gospel before His crucifixion (Matthew 4:23, 9:35, 11:5, 24:14, 26:13 and in other New Testament books).

Gospel is the good news of the kingdom of God (Mark 1:14). And that good news is that the kingdom of God is near. This is the actual gospel – that the kingdom of God is near. The gospel is not that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, but that soon God will come down from heaven to rule the earth.Read more…

What is the Kingdom of God?

The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand

In this post I will try to explain how I understand what the kingdom of God is, and explain Jesus’ words about the Kingdom of God being in us.

When we look up the Greek word “kingdom”, we find that it usually means “rule” or “dominion”, and not an actual physical kingdom. This is important, and to really understand many verses of the Bible about the kingdom, it’s better to replace that word with the mentioned nouns or the noun “royal power”.Read more…

A Dangerous Teaching in Christianity

One of the most dangerous teachings that I’ve heard in Christian circles is some Christians claiming that saved people cannot have demons.

I call this belief dangerous because of two reasons: it might cause saved people to doubt their salvation and we must keep our faith until our deaths to be given the crown of life (Revelation 2:10).

Another reason why this teaching is dangerous is because this might make people think that they are saved when they are not. If a definite change in kingdoms doesn’t take place, you still belong to Satan.Read more…

My Fasting Experience and Some Tips

I’m in no way as experienced in fasting as people like Kevin Ewing or Chris Lasala, but since I got some requests to make a video on fasting, I’ve decided to share my own fasting experiences, and give you some tips that might not be thoroughly covered by other people.

Firstly, I should tell you that when I got saved it was easy for me to fast – I fasted one day each week. I believe it was easy for me to fast because I got the gift of perseverance. However, after I sinned, the power of fasting was taken away from me and I only have recovered it nine months after the sin (In the video I accidentally said “nine months ago” but what I meant was that nine months after).

Therefore this yet again taught me how important it is to do everything you can to avoid sinning after being saved, as it’s a huge step backwards and it will take a long time to regain the blessings that you had when you were washed clean first.Read more…
