Update On the Teachings of the Twelve Apostles Book

I’ve finished rendering the book on the teachings of the twelve apostles into modern English and have written around 70% of my commentary.

This book contains Didache and Didascalia English translations, because both of these early Christian texts complement each other and shed light on each other.

I’ve learnt a lot from these texts, therefore I want to make them more accessible to others by rendering them into modern English and adding my commentary with some explanations of the text (as some of the points may be misunderstood) and my take on certain subjects discussed.

These two texts mainly deal with Christian behaviour, faith and the Church. They provide a stark contrast between the early Christian faith and what it has turned into now.

I hope this book will benefit many. Its price won’t be fixed but will be made available on donation, and its length will be 200+ pages.

The Book of Jasher is an apocryphal book useful for untold details about the lives of the persons mentioned in the Bible as well as in order to better understand the culture at the time, though it should not be taken as Scripture. Read more…
